iTB records step by step information of tea manufacturing process and goes up to trading to individual buyer at the Colombo tea auction. iTB is a dedicated software module developed specially for recording and analysing step by step manufacturing & marketing processes of tea manufacturing industry. From the Green leaf intake information such as withering, rolling, drying, sifting, grading, despatching, cataloguing and selling etc is recoded here. So it is a versatile tool for the manufacturer to know which tea grade has picked the factory up and or vice versa.
